Sense on-wrist phone calls not working with a Pixel 4A 5G

I guess i'm not the only one who had these issues, please address this issue on the next firmware update.

I got my Fitbit Sense today and paired with Pixel 4A 5G three times, I thought might be missing some steps, everything works except " on-wrist calls " is not working. Failed on " send a test call notification " also call from other devices.

Hi @Dave_sense,

I'm just curious, was the Fitbit app running in the background when you sent that test notification?

Call failed: connection error taking call on the phone

The support wasn't able to resolve my issue.

I set up several times with the same results. Answer call is a nice to have feature, but it's not what I purchased this watch for, I can care less with this feature not working.

I'm also on Android 12 beta 3, but I don't think this is an issue, most my apps works except one which is not supported by Android 12 according to the company.

Sense controls need to be paired to the phone, this makes Sense Controls a trusted device.

Fitbit did not design Sense controls to stay connected, but to connect when requested. On Android, I never see controls listed as connected, except during the current call. When the call ends, the controls disconnect.

I haven't been able to manually connect the controls. If they are not working, I remove Sense Controls from the phone and re-pair them.

I'm also running Android 12 beta 3 and have the same "connection error" issues. I'm not going to worry about it until Android 12 is released as I'm seeing other minor issues with the beta OS.
