Hello,
I have bought Fitbit Sense from Fitbit website. And I chose 1 day delivery for an extra12 euros. 24hours later, the tracker link is still showing "Your order is being processed." .
I don't know who to contact to get more information about my purchase. I am disappointed by the unreliable 24h delivery message. I bought it as birthday gift.

You need to see their delivery times when you are returning the item or they send replacement. 2+ weeks each way.
