On my sense device i cannot enter the "settings" menu anymore. The logo of the "settings" menu appears incomplete on the screen and the watch freezes when you tap the logo. It then requires a restart to sart working again (pressing the sensor button on the side for more than 10 sec).
Are there any options to go back to factory settings or do a software update on this watch without accessibility of the "settings" menu?

Hi @reinoutholland - as mentioned it is useful to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, who can help you perform a factory reset, which in your case may be all that is needed.
