Sense rejecting to connect to the phone

Hello everyone, 

 

my fitbit sense is rejecting to connecting to the phone.when I enter the pairing code it’s rejecting to connect. I tried uninstalling the app and installed it again and also restarting the phone and turn off the blue tooth and on again. Removed the device from bluetooth connected devices as well but none of them are working. Any help would be appreciated. Is there any one faced same issue?

Have my Sense for almost a year.  suddenly this week I’m having same problem.  App indicates Sense found, but does not complete handshake with pairing code.
