Sense requires complete repairing multiple times a day

Hi,

I followed all procedures correctly and connected the Sense to my phone for the first time Yesterday.  Since then I've had to reconnect the sense 3 times.  I have to "trashcan" the sense through the app and go through the complete process again.  I've tried every combination of Bluetooth on/off, forget/connect, app (not really anything I can do in there other than spam sync, which continuously fails)

What's going on Fitbit.  Seems like a very rudimentary issue here.

Fitbit, fixit

I've used "setup" device to reconnect it as well, either way, absurd process to go through multiple times a day.  One moment the watch takes calls/texts, the next it doesn't, it needs to maintain a connection

Not sure what the problem is @Tomhhqs23

Why does it require setting up the tracker to your Fitbit account? Or What is not happening that you feel you have to do this?

Mine done that too at first but after three factory resets mine is staying connected. I use it with a Pixel 4 XL. The last time mine lost connection with my 4 XL out of nowhere. Wouldn't sync and wouldn't pair. I done a factory reset, the third one since owning the Sense and so far it's been fine. Staying connected with Bluetooth and no syncing issues. Try a factory reset of the watch.

Connectivity stops to the phone

It'll say last refreshed [x] and the number won't increase, I've had x go up to 3 hours.  Stats won't pull over to phone, calls and messages won't send over to watch .  I'll press refresh to manually /force refresh and it won't.

Can not keep mine paired at all either.  Sense Control just spins while my phone shows paired.  Paired fine this morning for about an hour then kicked off.  Happened multiple times yesterday, first day with the watch.

Try these steps next time.

Not knowing what phone. Pairing is simply telling the phone that the Fitbit is a trusted device. And when communication between the two is needed, to let them communicate.

To unpair the user would open the phones Bluetooth and remove the tracker. This is one of the steps that have been found use full when the tracker will not sync.

The app does the actual pair with the phone.

I am using an Android.

This is part of what I did to get it working again.  The issue is that I've had to complete the thorough reconnection/device add process 3 times in 2 day (3 being on the first day).  No issues yet today, I am guessing the watch was just having a difficult time b/c it was performing initial updates.

Thanks for offering your assistance 🙂

Sending my Sense back, apparently it's not compatible with all Androids ( would have been good to know).  Using a Note10+, Android 10 Os.

I've had the Sense since it first came out and also use a Note 10+. Up until this past weekend when my phone went thru an update, it worked great. Don't give up yet, love this fitbit and its worth it!!!! This issue will get worked out.....
