Sense reset problem

Tried to factory reset.  Large Red Cross on screen. All Fitbit access stopped via device or iPhone. Error message that email is already set up.  How to recover?

Hi, @Dfor welcome to the community. Have tried a basic "Restart" (not factory) hold the side button for about 25 seconds and release when the logo appears. After about 30 seconds you should be up & running.

Allowing you had previously been using your "Sense" without problems, have you changed anything, a phone update, a device update? Check whether your phone is running iOS 14 or newer.
