Is anybody else’s Fitbit not writing Resting Heart Rate data to Apple Health?

I thought it did this in the background but it doesn’t appear to even have a permission to write this in Apple Health

As far as I know Fitbit doesn't sync anything with Apple Health

In the apple store, look for an app called Sync Solver. 

I don't think it syncs RHR but it will sync steps.
