Sense reverting back to old clock face and Celsius units

Every once in a while (every few days?) the watch face I’m using will revert back to its original settings. (I change the view settings to steps, floors, active minutes and it will revert back to steps, Miles, and calories burned.) 

At the same time, it also reverts back to Celsius units in the weather app. 

very frustrating to set it all up again just for it to revert back in a day or so.

Hi @JanineI  - this could be an issue with the clock face you have chosen.

It may not remember the settings you have chosen. 

To verify, when it is as you want, swipe the face to the left and click on settings, then press the button to return to the clock face and see if the settings have changed.

I chose a different clock face owned by fitbit and it is still reverting
back to original settings for Weather (°C instead of °F).
I'm going to try using the original clock face that was installed initially
and see if the problem persists.

Still having same issue. I have tried: 

• different clock faces owned by fitbit 
• restarting my phone 
• restarting the fitbit 
• reset to factory settings on fitbit 
• delete and reinstall fitbit app 

Not sure what else to try.

@JanineI  - well you have pretty much tried everything.

if you are on Android try logout of the app, clearing the storage cache and force stop the app, then change the weather temperature units. And restar phone and sync.
