So how can I activate Sense's tiny speaker. I haven't heard it speak a word yet? I finally got the update.

It's probably because unless it's close to your ear you won't be able to hear it anyways. Lol But seriously.

You can either test it answering to a call or having Alexa to answer to your query.

Hold the button in and ask alexa a question.

I am having a similar problem. Everytime I answer a call on the watch the volume is to low. I turn it up to max and it's fine. The problem is I have to turn up the volume everytime I use it. I wish the volume would just stay set at where you set it.

If its not already there I think Fitbit need to add a section in the setting where we can test all the sensors speaker, mic, gyroscope, accelerometer, GPS and etc...

Go to your phone DURING a call that you answered on the watch and check the volume (it will read SENSE with a volume slider. Mine was only on 3/4 and I then turned it up all the way. It improved it a bit but still have to get it close to my ear to hear it. On the other end people can hear you fine. Some improvement on volume by FITBIT on a future update would would be nice.

Hi @steveo57 where on the phone do you go and what phone are you referring to? android phone, windows or iOS?
Do you go to the Bluetooth screen?
The Fitbit app?
The volume settings?

Android if you answer a call on your watch then WHILE the call is connected go to your phone the sound banner at the top will say SENSE. Then you simply adjust the sound up with the volume adjust button on the side of the phone. Like I said mine was on 3/4 and I adjusted it up all the way and it did not improve it much but a little bit. If there is any noise you still have to hold it to your ear to hear it but the volume does go up a little bit.

So you are referring to the volume controls for a connected Bluetooth device.
Have you tried raising the volume with the volume control on the tracker?
