Sense screen acting odd

My sense updated couple weeks back and now has a very annoying screen effect/feature. The screen is covered with a white circle when you change screens or select an app. Also shows a starburst effect on goals (like hourly step goal). Mostly it just covers the useful info on the screen. I tried changing the clock face but still there. 

any ideas on how to get rid of this annoying feature?

Hi there, @dfwvol. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense. 

Please restart your Sense as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
