Sense screen black won’t connect with phone less than a week old….

Sense just had black screen when taken off of the charger.  Won’t connect to phone.

Hi @Frodyma  - the reason is probably because the battery is flat, as it didn't charge.

 

Check the terminals are clean and the charge cable ok, see instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
