Fully charged, reset via holding power button for 20s several times, changed clock face several times, nothing fixes it. Worked yesterday, went to bed and put in sleep mode at i airways do. Woke up to my alarm going off as usual, but realized singing was wrong when I couldn't stop the alarm buzz, when I touched the alarm stop button the screen would black out. It vibrates, keeps time. When I double tab the screen it wakes, but if I touch the screen or try to swipe in any direction it blacks out.

Hi @Briannon25 - unless your watch has developed a fault a factory reset (not without risk) may fix it, but before that does it respond to wrist wake, does it wake with a single button press, does it respond to a double button press?
If the latter works tap the icon with the 3 lines to get to Quick Settings and adjust so that Sleep and Always On are off on the first instance, and in the second instance try with Always On, in this mode it should never blank.
As you can't reach Settings on the watch you can chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for help with the button factory reset.
It is a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the factory reset or replacement if necessary.
