Since the latest update the screen of my sense is blank,
I’ve tried resetting and restarting with no luck.
I can access via the phone app and it seems to be operating ok. Also since the update the battery lasts less than 24 hours.
any other suggestions apart from hold the button for 10 seconds or hold the button for 10 seconds while it’s charging.
