I dropped my new Sense and the corner of it is now chipped. I don't really care about that.
But the screen never turns off now and it dies in a few hours. Also, I can not swipe right to get to the options screen to see if a setting is "always-on" or something.
Anything creative to help me get the screen to only turn on like normal again?

Hi @getoutsidenj check with your credit card company if you used one to purchase the Sense. Often they cover such accidents, as Fitbit doesn't. Wish there was a creative solution for you.

Did you try to restart by holding the button until the Fitbit logo appears and then release. It will then go through the restart. See if that does anything for you.

Hi @getoutsidenj - did you try swipe left, you can use Settings to turn off Always On.

Howdy Guy_. Yup... as mentioned in my original post I can not tap or swipe to see that screen.

Good thinking but since it dies now after just a few hours it is pretty much restarting itself. I also did try restarting while it had power but no luck.

Thanks... great thinking. I think I used a gift card that I no longer physically have. I will double-check and see what my receipt says later tonight.
