Hi all,
I have a Fitbit Sense which I accidentally dropped, resulting in a cracked glass screen. I contacted Support and asked for repair options. The initial contact resulted in the following feedback 'our team will review your device's warranty.'. This followed up in an e-mail in which Support stated 'In regard with your concern, we are sorry as your device's issue is not covered by our warranty policy.'
Sure, I get that. I dropped my Sense which is not covered by the device's warranty.

Hello
With this, what about getting the Fitbit wet?
Will it matter?

Hello
I just dropped mine too on a hard surface and it's cracked, I'm guessing getting it wet will damage it now ? Can anyone help me with this answer ? Should I avoid getting it wet now ?

I woke up with a perfect straight crack across the top of the glass face...was hoping it could get fixed. Not sure how this even happens. Sense 2

They said the same to me. Absolutely disgraceful. Why would you waste further money on an unrepairable smartwatch. What if it happens again, which is highly probable given the poor screen durability?

I will NEVER buy another fitbit again.. and I will be sharing this abysmal experience with the far reaches of the internet as well as every person I EVER meet. Pathetic. Can't wait to see Fitbit fold completely after now understanding your complete lack of care and approach to a very common problem in this day and age such as cracked screen.

Big fan of DIY. I'm definitely looking into this. I've had my Sense for over 2 years and it still works, but was dropped recently and now has a cracked screen. Although I use all other Apple devices, their watch does not beat fitbit unfortunately. Because of this, I may considering getting an apple watch next time though. We'll see if anything has changed with fitbit service when the time comes.

This is disheartening. I have been thinking about the big switch to Apple.
Those stores have been unable to fix for me.
I have been heading to the Apple side. I am waiting to hear back regarding broken screen as well.
Agreed

Reading through this whole thread to find a solution and realized I am in the same boat. My Sense 2 is barely 2 years old and I accidentally dropped it today, which results in a crack on the screen in one of the corners. I waited forever for customer service and their end result was a 35% off code to buy a whole new watch. EXCUSE ME? For such a large company you would think you would have a better solution than that. I can’t afford a new watch nor can I afford to switch to Apple. It’s just absolutely BANANAS that they don’t have a screen repair/replacement option after all these years.
