Sense screen dark, can still sync, reset doesn’t work

My Sense screen went dark one morning.  Could still connect via app and sync.  Tried reset and while it vibrates, no change to the screen.  Any suggestions?

It is good that it is still syncing, from the Fitbit App try changing clock face to a Fitbit one.

Normally placing it on the charge should bring something to the display, if not it may be faulty.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
