Tl;Dr: I'm done with Fitbit due their "repair policy",: and the Fitbit Sense is a disappointing fitness watch.
---
The other day I dropped my Fitbit Sense on concrete and it cracked the display. I contacted support, and after a very tiring conversation as they kept asking for information they already had, they simply said: We don't do repairs but here have a discount for buying a new one.
Only my display is broken. Otherwise it works. We can repair this. And true enough after ordering a heat gun, some thin prying tools, and glue I did repair it by salvaging my bricked in warranty device. (It was affected by the black screen of death.)
I will use my Sense I repaired for as long as it may last, yet afterwards I'm done with Fitbit.
The Sense induced buyer's remorse as soon as I got it and I never really came to love it, it pretty much works good enough.
The touchscreen being prone to false input stopping a recording while I was within a training session is a huge issue.
The button has no good feedback. I really want hardware buttons. And I really want a HOLD switch preventing the watch from accepting any input as long as it's active.
Locking away a huge chunk of features behind a subscription model is questionable at best.

Hi there, @philipp.87.
Thanks for the detailed information, and the time taken in contacting our Support team. As you were told, currently we don't have a physical store or place where you can take your watch for repair. I'm sorry this happened to your Sense. Every feedback shared by our members helps us to work and improve our devices and services, and yours is truly appreciated. For any question about your case, I'd recommend replying back to the email sent by our team.
