Ever since the update, all my sense will show is a giant stupid digital clock. It keeps flipping back and forth between my clock face and the stupid clock. I cannot turn it off so it’s running 24/7 and running my battery down. It keeps me awake at night because the stupid clock keeps flashing in my eyes so now I have to take it off when I go to bed. I can’t track my sleep or anything anymore. PLEASE PUT THE APP BACK WHERE IT WAS!!!!

It sounds like you got the always-on clockface turned on. Try going to Settings, Display, and look for Always On to turn it off.

@lbritain50 Please post your entry in the other thread where all people are centralizing to post what is happening as the device keep restarting on its own and never come back. This is also happennig to a lot of other customers since some software updates ago from Fitbit.
This is not a situation caused by the customers. Independently if the device is or not under warranty, we believe the company must find a solution. Right now they are only offering 35% discount on a purchase of a new Fitbit. A lot of us do not think this is the right thing to do. Some had contacted the Business Bureau to explain the situation and showing the links to these threads to show as evidence of the impact to a lot of customers. It is in good faith we are posting here to share and exchange ideas about it, given our situation.

My Sense is also stuck on the clock face after I did a software update. I have tried to restart the watch but no luck there. Also uninstalled the App on my phone and reinstalled everting, no luck. So now all it does is Sync to my phone and update the steps.
