Sense screen is stuck on a white bar

Hi,

 

on the screen of my fitbit sense a white bar of approx 1 inch wide is showing. It won't disappear and the menu etc appear behind that white bar, though very hard to read. I've tried resetting it, turning on and off, recharging, but nothing helps. What can i do about it?

Hi there, @Sassykia82. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
