Sense screen not working and battery short life after update

I updated my Sense yesterday on 6/27/21 and it was immediately glitchy. I couldn’t change screens and see my steps. It would either get stuck on the clock or weather. I wore it anyway. It went to 0% battery at the end of the day even though it started with a full charge. Since then, I can’t do anything. The logo will come up, but nothing else. It won’t restart. It’s basically worthless.
