Strange thing happened yesterday with my Sense, entire screen popped open. I didn't even realize when it happened as there was no reason/ no accident that happened. On a sidenote the watch is still working despite being in this popped up state. Need urgent attention.

Happened with mine too and apparently isn't uncommon. I read somewhere that the battery gets warm and swells a bit and pops the screen off. Pretty sure it was a you tube video I found about a glue called B-7000. I would imagine any serious waterproof glue would work but this one is supposedly what they use in manufacturing process as well. Again - it was a you tube video so take it at facae value. Ordered a tube for like ten to fifteen bucks from Amazon. Actually worked for a few months until it popped off again while I was doing some field work and I didn't notice it until it was too late.
FWIW - Fitbit was no help at all because it was out of warranty. I think they offered me like $20 off a new one. In the end I did get a new one.

Mine also occurred yesterday without any accident or damage to the watch. Someone else noticed the dangling watch face before I did, and brought it to my attention. I see now, from coming to the forum, that this is a common issue, but I still plan to contact customer service. There's no reason this should be occurring this often.
