I have problems with the wall watch yesterday when I went swimming it got stuck on the Fitbit logo had to restart and charge after charging the clock won't swipe in any direction

The battery is now going dead quickly and touch screen is not working at all. I've only had this watch since November not sure if a factory reset would work

I'm sorry that your Sense isn't responding correctly and because the restart didn't help, I went ahead to review your details and I noticed you already have a case created with the Support team. I'm having this same problem as of today. Mine also having a problem after being submerged in water, getting stuck on the fitbit logo, coming on after restart but swipe not working.
@Broncofreak50: Did you ever reach a resolution?
