Sense screen won't swipe anymore

I did an update last night on my Sense and since then I have NO functionality on my watch except for the watch. I have done everything humanly possible to fix this ….. to no avail. I have factory reset my watch and have done the set-up twice …… still not working.

Please help!!!

Thank you for the response ….. yes Laura helped me but unfortunately the issue was not resolved. I informed her that I will try the troubleshooting again and she provided me with a case number (which I unfortunately did not write down). When I reached out again on the Forum it was because I tried everything more than a few times, but I am still unable to swipe or get any reaction from my watch …. I have re-installed it twice.

I had no issue with my watch up to last night when I did the update????

I would appreciate to hear from you of what else can be done??

My issue is still not resolved and no one came back to me 🥲🥲 after my last communication.
