Sense screen won't turn on

My sense is on and connected, I can see it's synced through the app, the screen just stays black though.  I've reset it several times and even while it's on the charger, it gets to the fitbit logo and then nothing.

This happened to me too. I only had my watch for less than 2 months at the time. I never got it wet or compromised it in any way. They ended up sending me a new one. Now I figured out that on the charger, one of the pins is messed up. Thanks to this group, I got that information. I just ordered a replacement charger. I am hoping that this takes care of my current charging issue. You definately need to look at your charger and make sure that all the pins (there are 4 of them) are not stuck inside of the charger and call customer care.
