Just bought my new sense. Went through setup and it connected to the app on my iPhone. Then it returns to the logo and the ,”To start, download the Fitbit app” Screen. Tried multiple times but it always goes through, does the green check mark, goes through wifi setup, then returns to the screen. Unresponsive to touch and if you press the button it just says download the app. I tried restarting the watch, my phone, redownloading the app, and forgetting and reconnecting the sense in the app.

I had the same problem when I set up my Sense a couple of weeks ago (I later returned it). As I described in my post, I tried all the remedies suggested by Fitbit for the same issue without success. What finally worked was pairing the watch, uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone, then reinstalling the app. When I logged in, I got a firmware update notification for the watch, and it worked fine after that.
