Sense showing wrong time and not syncing properly

The time is wrong!

I’ve uninstalled the app and done everything recommended to get it working properly but it’s just glitching! It says it’s synced but the time isn’t right and on another screen it says it failed to sync???? I’ve been trying for days !

Thank you for letting us know that your Sense is showing the wrong time and not syncing as it should. Thanks for your efforts too.

I suggest you try to follow all the steps and make sure you meet all the requirements described here

In case it still doesn't work I recommend you to try to set up your device again. 

If you sync your Sense with the Fitbit app the problem with the time should be resolved, but if it continues please see: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
