I am set up to get sleep stats daily and have been getting them almost since I first bought my Sense well over a year ago. I have not ever had a problem getting a sleep score. Today though, I have a sleep score on my watch, but no matter what I do, I can’t get the score to show in the app. It shows the sleep stages and everything else fine, but not the sleep score. I’ve tried logging off, logging on, resetting my watch (several times), and resetting my phone (several times). But it hasn’t helped. It shouldn’t be that big a deal, but I don’t want it affecting my longer term stats, which I think it might do if the app doesn’t recognize that I did get a sleep score (it was a good one too!) Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi, @TigerLair , sometimes (and I find this most often happens with sleep stats) not all metrics upload to the app at the same time, even if you sync multiple times, but they usually do show up some time later in the day. I am not certain why this happens but I suspect it may depend on how busy the Fitbit servers are at any given time.
I note that you posted about this issue yesterday. Did your sleep score arrive in the app eventually?

Thank you for answering. No, it never showed up, not even this morning, even though I DID get a sleep score for last night. Unfortunately, I don’t have high hopes that it will magically appear. I guess it is one of those random anomalies that sometimes seems to happen every so often with Fitbit. 😥
