Sense shows a black screen

When I swipe up ftom watch mode. Nothing happends only black screen. 
did work before and showed km etc. 
the watch is new

Hi, @hakandanfors  - try a restart of the watch.

After syncing do a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it. Then sync again.

If it is still a problem you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Hi Hakandanfors... when I swipe up on my Sense, I get the weather first, then if I swipe up again, I get the stats.  Maybe you need to 'force' a sync with the watch by going into the app on your device.

I'm assuming 'watch mode' works ok?  what happens when you swipe right and left?  Does it do what is expected?

Hi. Before when swiping up I allways have got the km and steps.
Im now trying to restart it.
