My Fitbit battery is totally dead. Due to a wildfire in our community, we have not had electricity for several days and no means to charge. We are back up but I have tried to charge my Fitbit for at least 4 hrs and only get a battery symbol with a red 0%. Any suggestions?

Hello @Tbhunter
I found this great video you can watch that might help here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Ezj8svkh9M4 It’s an awesome step by step video. Also you can look here to troubleshoot different reasons you might be experiencing issues charging: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1190.htm If you find that all these troubleshooting tips don’t work then I’d definitely contact Fitbit Customer Service. Their direct number is 877-623-4997.
Let me know if this works for you. 😃 Happy Stepping!

@Tbhunter Welcome to the Community. @SunsetRunner It's nice to see you here again, and thanks for your amazing help!
@Tbhunter I've moved your post to the Sense board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for the detailed information and your efforts while trying your charge your watch. If you haven't done so, please give a try to the tips posted by @SunsetRunner and monitor your watch's behavior in the next days.
On the other hand, if the issue persists, I'd also recommend contacting our Support team so they can see what can be done to bring you back on track. To get connected with them, you can use the phone number shared above, or click here to chat with them online.
