Sense shows correct map, but mileage is not right

Every time I do an outside walk, I get correct stats except mileage, but the Sense is tracking the path I take on the map. I don't understand why mileage is not matching. See image at the link below:

Unless you know that your stride is average for a person of your gender, height, weight, and age, along with being in an average fitness level , I would manually set the stride.

Another thing I would do is to take a walk and check the step count.

Have you checked your stride setting? Fitbit used a combination of GPS and stride setting to determine distance.

Why not add the screen shot directly to your post?

Stride length is set to auto, and states approx. 30 inches, but as you can see from the screenshot, it would have to be way off to cause this. 2600 steps and 37 minutes, but only .09 miles.

Should I maybe turn off auto stride length?

Ok, I've turned off the auto-stride and will do a walk today with manual to see if it fixes it and update this post.

Looks like this is resolved. Did a walk yesterday will auto-stride turned off, and GPS tracked mileage correctly. Seems like this is a glitch or issue, but workaround is pretty simple, so I'm good with this solution. Thanks for the help!
