Sense shows my heart rate when kept on a table

I put my Sense on my desk when working in the office, it continue to get a growing up hear rate for some minutes. 

It helps me to smile and relaxes my working day.

Hi, @MeoTiAlora , welcome to the community, I also experienced a similar response from my "Sense". I discovered that when you take off your "Sense" and place it on a flat surface face down it does not occur. My theory is the LED/sensor on the back of your "Sense" reads reflected light from the surface it is resting on and wrongly attributes the result to HR. If you want to make the most of your device you will be best served by wearing it all the time.
