Not sure what is happening to my watch, it was working perfectly for good 8 months and I was really happy with its performance, but not anymore. About 3 weeks ago I noticed that the Today disappeared from my watch. I even posted this problem on this community website. Somebody gave me an advice to restart (factory setting) which I did. Today came back and everything was working fine for several days. But after this the watch stopped give me sleep stages and as a result health metrics and stress management. This going on for more than 2 weeks now. Multiple annoying restarts are not helping. I was ready to purchase a yearly premium membership, I am glad I didn’t. Fitbit customer service was not helpful last night either. Super very disappointed with a very short life of the expensive watch

Hi, @LarisaAR, welcome. May I suggest you check you have the "Today" app installed on your "Sense" On your phone touch your icon in the top left corner>touch the Sense tile>gallery>Sense>swipe up>today is it "Installed"? are all the permissions "on"?.
Let me know how you get on.
Cheers

Hello, as I mentioned in my previous post Today is not an issue anymore, it came back after factory reset. I don’t have : sleep stages, health matrix’s, stress management score. Also SpO2 , shows up only once in 2 days if you are lucky, if not so lucky then you will see it once every 3-4 days. The only a parameter that I see every day is a skin temperature, which is not important for me at all. Glad that I didn’t renew my premium membership
