I seem to be having trouble getting my sense to tolerate my sleep habits because I’m not getting much in the way of feedback. I’ve double checked my sensitivity settings and made sure it’s on normal but that didn’t do anything to solve it. My life does not allow me the privilege of a set 8 hour window free to sleep instead it’s a few hours here and there as mu work permits why is it not tracking it? It may long a couple of hours that fall in what is consider the typical sleep window but outside of that it isn’t tracking it at all. So if I was a graveyard worker would this not track at all…sleeping in the day? Need some help kids as this was one of the main reasons for getting this device. Thanks in advance. I’d like to thank my first grade teacher and that sexy babysitter you left me that long weekend with and my coach for helping me make SENSE of it all. Fitbit I sit on the pins and needles of anticipation… bring me some solutions

You have to have at least 3 hour of recorded sleep (Uninterrupted sleep at one time) this in reality means more then 3 hours because you rarely fall asleep as soon as your head hits the pillow I can lay down exhausted for a 5 hour sleep and some times it says I slept just 3 hours and 20 minutes and i can see in the chart it took me over an hour to fall asleep according to sleep app is that correct idk just throwing this information out here hopefully it enlightens you a bit how this functions and I would recommended putting it on sensitive sleep as it supposed to give you a little bit more info like tossing and turning and moments you woke up briefly ect ect. I hope that helps.
Stay positive and healthy
