Lately fitbit has stopped tracking my sleep accurately. It seems to think that I either started sleeping hours after I did or got up hours before. I've even tried using the "I'm going to sleep" option in the sleep tracker and it still doesn't work.

Hi, @ghbrown60640, welcome to the community, you may find How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? of interest. I just allow the device to automatically detect my sleep, I suggest you review your settings and give it another try.
Cheers.
