Sense sport band failure - upgrade your band! This is embarrassing.

Limited use under normal conditions but I'm not under warranty.

The key "press buckle" component of the sport band failed and came right off.  Looks a bit too cheaply made.  I'm not happy about having to spend $40 for a replacement band.

This is unacceptable. apparently I don't have permission to upload images 😞

Hi, @bwows, welcome to the community, this video demonstrates the correct function of the latch from 16.58 to 17.39, its the same arrangement for the Fitbit Sport band. The latch button is not part of the band. If the latch is broken and you are still in warranty you should talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. If this is a Fitbit band (not a third party) a similar warranty will apply.
