Sense stairs is way off and temperature won't open on app

Hi

 

I got myself an upgrade from Alta HR to Sense and I have the Samsung Galaxy 7.  Worked great about 1st month.  Then the past week or 2, the flight of stairs is wayyyy off.  I have not done a flight of stairs today.  It marked 16, how? Additionally the  fitbit app won't open at all for temperature on the  phone, instead app crashea.   I also have an ipod touch I can read my nightly temperature on apple device.

Did you already try restarting the watch and rebooting the phone, in case something got corrupted ?
