Sense starts tracking exercise when bending wrist

Why is it every time I bump my sense (on my wrist) whether I bend my wrist back enough to touch it goes automatically to exercise and then in turn starts tracking my gps it then runs my battery down daily (it has been doing this) please fix it I decided to write this because it was on when I woke up at 3 am and I had to end the exercise in order to get back to main screen! Please help

On the Sense, go to Settings, then Shortcuts.  There are shortcut options for "press and hold" and "double press".  I expect your "press and hold" shortcut is set to go to Exercise.  You can change what functions both shortcuts go to, or just disable them.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

So I bump the side long enough it goes to exercise mode? I will try your fix and see

Please follow the instructions by @JohnnyRow to change the default settings of the button but unfortunately the new button seosn't have a good reviews because it is so easy to press especially during some exercises where wrist bends which in turn activates the button. I mostly turn it around so button faces hand during exercise.
