My Sense is still recording random "naps" that aren't being taken. Last night though it decided to record that I was sleeping while I was walking around my apartment. I went to the bathroom. I went rummaging through the bathroom cabinets to look for a medication I needed. Found it, opened the fridge, took it with a drink I poured... I don't think there is a need to continue going on about the minutiae.
I wasn't sleep walking though. This isn't the first time either, as I have stated and posted about before. I've noticed other people have had some issues about their Sense recording sleep when on the table or off-wrist and/or charging. Is there something physically wrong with our sensors? Is there a setting we need to change? A software or firmware bug that needs to be fixed? Some answers would be nice.

@sarcazm, the only setting that affects the monitoring of sleep is in the on-line Dashboard->Settings->Sleep Sensitivity, where is can be set to either Normal or Sensitive (image below). You might try changing that, syncing the watch, and then observing the effect.

Thanks Larry but I have it on that setting already.

Larry,
This morning it decided to add itself to the list of other people who have had their Sense' record sleep stages while charging. Since I already have it set on normal vs. sensitive were there any other suggestions I may have missed?

I don’t think you missed anything. My new Sense is WAY worse about recording sleep when you are actually awake than any of my many previous models. It just isn’t useful for recording sleep. Sadly, it will go back to Costco for a refund. I’m going back to my previous model. Unfortunately, I really liked a couple new features, but just not worth it when it gets sleep so wrong.
