Hello All
I got my sense in Nov 2021. April 2022 it stopped working and replacement was done. Now in July 2022 the replaced sense stopped working.
Previously I had used Surge for 5 years with no issues.
Anyone experiencing issues with Sense?

If your Senses stop working, a reasonable question might be whether they are really broken, or maybe there is some issue such as a setting that you might be able to get help with by asking here.

No physical damage to device in both cases.
Both the cases Fitbit was not syncing and I force stopped the Fitbit app on Android phone and it triggered the issue.
Customer support could not fix even after spending almost an hour on phone

Hi, @sanjaypskumar, you do not mention the make or model of the Android phone you are using. You need to be running Android 10 or higher. Fitbit Supported Devices provides further detail.

I am using my second sense. It just went dark. I troubleshooted with customer support to no avail. This was 10 days before my warranty expired. It was replaced immediately.

Yes my Sense stopped working. Just died one day and would only charge back to 19%. No problem replacing it until it went on 3 weeks and magically when I called they shipped it overnight. Glad I bought the warranty or I would be out of my good money
