My sense has stopped reporting activities, even when I manually start the activity tracker. It updates steps, bpm, and other data fine from the tracker to the app, but shows no activities in the past week. I have manually started walks every day, and also manually started a run. The software on the tracker shows up to date (128.6.17), and I have tried shutting it down and restarting it. My walks are roughly 40 minutes and I have auto detect set to 10 minutes but that doesn't kick in either.

I'm having the same issue. Everything but exercise syncs, which is annoying since that's the main reason I use the Fitbit! I called customer service and they did a whole bunch of troubleshooting (I deleted my watch from the app and reinstalled, etc). But then the agent told me it was a known issue. My exercise activities briefly showed, but then stopped syncing again 4 days ago.
