My Sense stopped recording my temperature two nights in a row. I’ve restarted it, and checked to see if there was an update, but everything is up to date. I’m not sure why it suddenly stopped recording. Any advice?

This happened to me as well. March 21 last day I received a skin temperature despite wearing watching all day and night other than a charge during the day.  Please provide an update on this Fitbit!

FWIW,

After not getting 3/22, 3/23 3/24 and 3/25.

I just checked and 3/23, 3/24 and 3/25 have been posted.

3/22 is still blank.

Yes, same here: data has been posted in Health Metrics for 2 of the 3 missing days. Looks like the problem may have been fixed.

iPhone 12mini/current version iOS. Fitbit Versa 3 and Apple Watch SE.

Same happening for me.  It’s getting frustrating how unreliable and flaky this device is becoming.

The missing days also seems to be back (except one which might have been the same as the baseline),

OK, so this morning I wake up and look at my Fitbit app on the phone and the app says that Nearby Permission is required to pair.

No big deal, I go into the permissions and THERE IS NO SUCH PERMISSION. So now my Sense won't connect to my phone. What the %#&* is going on?

my reading was 0.0 F.

i haven’t seen that since 8/21.

Morning all,

My temperature function is also back up and running. Although registered my temperature at -0.9. 🤔

That is a really low reading.

Where can we see what fitbit has registered as "OUR" base temperature?

TIA

So, after a lot of back and forth, I terminated my participation in the Beta program, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the public (not beta) app and everything seems to be OK at this point although several days temps didn't come back.

I may try the beta program again at some point in the future but that will be a decision to be made then.

I’m not sure if it is actually displayed.

If you look at the below help article it discusses how it is calculated.  See the third topic under skin temperature heading.  It appears to be fluid..

My skin temperature returned last night, still missing the first 2 days that it was gone. NOW my resting heart reat and pulse ox levels are missing. So frustrating.
