Sense stopped syncing now won’t reconnect

Sense was working fine until 3 days ago when stopped syncing. Tried all the myriad of steps offered and now when I try to connect to new device, the 4 digits come up on the sense but once I add them to the Fitbit app on iPhone it just circles and circles until a box pops up saying something went wrong while trying to pair to the device Abort. I have tried all of the installing uninstalling, deleting all Bluetooth devices. Turning on/off phone and sense. Deleting reinstalling Fitbit app. Please help? Thanks

Hi @Hayzey  your posts were merged so you can get relevant responses in one place. Which Sense do you have - original Sense or the Sense 2? (you posted in the Sense 2 area at first, then posted to the Sense forum)
