My Sense suddenly stopped syncing with my AARP Rewards about 4 days ago. It does sync with my phone though so I know the basic sync function works. I've tried to disconnect it from the bluetooth and restart it but it still isn't working. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the steps tried prior to posting. I'm glad that your Sense is syncing with the Fitbit app and I'd suggest you to try the following steps to reconnect your Fitbit account to AARP Rewards account.
Once that is done, follow the instructions described in the AARP Rewards site to connect and sync both accounts.
