I'm did like this expensive tracking device until it stopped its sync process. I like to see my sleep pattern especially but it all stopped March 2nd. I have tried everything I saw in forums. Every notification is on, deleted sense from Bluetooth, reinstalled app, followed setup nothing works. Since this is new fitbit with a warranty, can it be replaced. I bought this off fitbit sit.
Doesn't make sense to be going great then an abrupt halt.
I bought your scale which syncs and is working.

As you bought it off the Fitbit site and it is new then by all means request a new one under warranty.
