Very frustrated. I am the proud owner of an expensive paper weight.
This sense had stopped being accurate on hr. Now it won’t turn back on. I’ve owned since April 26, 2024. 40% charge when I shut down to see if that helped with hr tracking. I’d like my money back to switch back to Polar or to Garmin.

Hi @Reasytousepolar - this is a user forum but as you are outside the refund window you can get a replacement refurbished one from Fitbit or a shop may agree an exchange unit.
However try charging the watch and it should come on by itself or even just hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it possiblly wakes and blanks or vibrates or simply wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

Unfortunately this watch model can give inaccurate HR during repetitive movements or exercises but during rest and sleep is more accurate.
