Hi all! Since the new App, my Fitbit Sense:
- is not tracking my sleep
- is not giving me a readiness score
- is not tracking my exercise even though I turn on walk, or workouit mode or whatever it is I'm doing and it works while I'm doing it. No summary or GPS map transfers to the app afterwards though.
Anyone else having these issues?

My sense stopped syncing/ I can check steps or whatever but its not syncing with the app or dashboard. Help.

At least yours is still functioning, mine is looping on start-up since there was a system outage a few days ago. Tech support couldn't help and was told the warranty dept would be contacting me.That was a few days ago and I'm still waiting but sent me an email instead for 25% off a new device.

My Sense has stopped tracking my resting heart rate, which is kind of a big deal for me due to new medication I am taking.

Same here. My sense isn’t syncing. I’ve tried everything. I’ve loved Fitbit for over 10 years. Google / Fitbit please sort this out or I will put it in the bin and buy an Apple Watch.
