Sense stopped tracking sleep after daylight savings

My Fitbit sense hasn’t tracked my sleep since daylight savings. Anyone else have this issue? How can I fix it? It’s fully charged and on my wrist correctly and it was recording my sleep perfectly before the time change.

Hi @Rebeccapeterson. Welcome to the community forums.

Thank you for providing this information regarding your Sense.

I'm not sure if you are still experiencing this difficulty. If so, I'd recommend you restarting the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Please make sure of the following:

  • Make sure that your device is updated: How do I update my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device as described in this help article.
  • If you slept for less than 1 hour for sleep patterns or less than 3 hours for sleep stages.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

Try adjusting the sleep sensitivity on the Fitbit app and check if you continue to have the same difficulty.

In addition, please wear your device on your non-dominant hand and monitor it for the next few days.
