After all the recent issues with the health metrics and 02 Sat's, I hope this is not a new thing to add: did anyone's sleep analysis stop working suddenly in the middle of the night? When I checked the app this morning it thinks that my day started at 4am. I did get up at around that time to go to the washroom, but I did go back to sleep and that is not reflected in the analysis. It just thinks I got up for the day at that time.
I really hope this isn't the next glitch 🙄🙄🙄
(also, when trying to post this, I couldn't put a proper "label" on this post. It has nothing to do with health metrics, but I figured it was the closest thing to sleep analysis)

Hi @Lora17. It's good to see you around.
Thanks for sharing detailed information about this situation, as well as your feedback about the label. I understand how you're feeling about your Sense not tracking your sleep details correctly and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Because this happened a few days ago, may I know if you have had the same issue again? Did your Sense recorded your heart rate during that time?
If you haven't done so, let me recommend restarting your watch to refresh its performance, wear it about about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone to sleep and sync it once you're awake to check your details.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for getting back to me. I admit I posted this too quickly and within two hours of posting, the sleep details eventually showed up. I have no idea what happened but it seems like it was a random glitch.

Hi @Lora17. I hope you're doing well.
You're welcome. It seems the Fitbit app needed more time to update your sleep stages, but I'm glad everything is working well now. In case you have some spare time, I’d like to invite you to visit our Health & Wellness board where you can share your story, start your own topics and find encouragement from other members to reach your goals.
Have a good one! 😊
