Sense stopped working after updating to 128.5.38

After updating to firmware 44.128.5.38 my sense doesn't respond to taps or button presses.  The watch stays illuminated till battery empty.  I can sync and feel vibration from watch.  There's no access to Fitbit apps or clock faces on phone, it says no internet access(although all other apps on phone have internet access).  I've factory reset the phone and deleted the Fitbit app and cleared all data.  Reinstalled app and resynchronized with watch and seems to work for a few hours but will then not respond to button press or tap.

The watch was working perfect until I updated to the latest firmware.  Now I can't interact with the device or install apps or clock faces, please advise.

Did you restart the watch?

Also if you can while its syncing, go to the Device, Clocks tile in the Fitbit App and change clock face to a Fitbit one or any other that is installed to see if it might possibly be a clock face problem.

Yes I've rebooted the watch many times. The Fitbit apps and clock faces
are not accessable, the software tells me that there is no internet
connection, although there is.

Are you using VPN or security software that could mask internet availability to Fitbit?

No, no VPN. The watch was working perfectly before I installed the latest
update, and nothing has changed on my network. It's the same when I use 4G
rather than wi-fi.

Peculiar, probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
