Sense stopped working

My Fitbit randomly stopped working, nothing comes up on the screen. There is no vibrate when I hit the side button and it will not sync to my phone. I have had it on the charger for hours and still nothing

I would highly recommend contacting the Fitbit support using the live chat:

Sounds like a broken device - a factory reset could help. But please get in touch with the support first.
